The staff at Ameripoint were amazing! At first, when their program was introduced to my wife and me, we didn't believe it. After talking to Dean, he assured me that we would not pay closing costs, broker fees, or any money down. We thought it didn't hurt to try; if it didn't end up like that, then we could always say no. Our doubts were proven wrong; we found a house. Not only did we not pay anything mentioned above, but we closed a month after we started to look for houses and closed 3 weeks and 4 days after the seller accepted our offer. All of this, and we only paid $3000 out of pocket (inspection, appraisal, and earnest money (can be as low as $500; we just made an aggressive offer)), and got a great interest rate. The process was fast, but Dean, Christi, and Ryan kept communication through the process and answered every and any question we had. I highly encourage any veteran to take advantage of their VA home loan program!

What does a credit score of 513 have in common with the words "new homeowner"? The answer is Ameripoint! Through no fault of my own, I was the victim of many bad circumstances always within six months of time. My credit score absolutely plummeted, and although I had never missed the house payment in over 26 years, that wasnt good enough for the big guys. As much as they could feel for my position, everybody went by what the computer said. Until I met Daniel. He listened to my situation and took it under serious consideration. I worked with him with every request that he had and here I am, living, where I want in the house I want in the dream that I always envisioned. I am so pleased with the service provided to me by James Miller. We lost our house to a fire in Aug 2024 and intended to rebuild until we found out the cost. We then decided to buy an existing home. I went online to see about loans and I got many calls. I randomly answered the phone and James was so helpful in regards to VA loans. My previous lender said no, two other lenders said no. What stood out to me is that AmeriPoint ONLY does VA Loans. He walked me through step by step, helping me to save money in the loan process. Other standard lenders require certain debts (even charged off old debt) be paid off before even moving to the next step. My name was listed on a CAIVRS report connected to a SBA loan with a former business partner and other lenders would not go another step until it was removed. James said, we can move forward as long as its removed before closing. My anxiety was immediately lessened and the process just kept moving forward. Where to begin with how much praise and appreciation my family has for Zach and Christi at Ameripoint! Veterans, you need look no further. This is who you want to work with. We had been through a horrible few months with multiple mortgages until we found these two. From the first conversation Zach knew exactly what we needed to do to save a deal on our perfect home. I only wish I found him sooner, because I literally would have saved nearly two grand due to bad advice from another lender who didn't understand the ins and outs of a VA mortgage like Zach did. He and Christi worked around the clock for two weeks and saved our home purchase. He even got me the best rate out of the three I was talking to, even last minute. When Christi needed documents for the underwriter, and I sent them via email at 10pm, I was shocked to see a 'got it, thanks!' from her like five minutes after. She works so hard. I hope Ameripoint knows she is solid gold which I'm sure they do. We closed on 1/4/25 and it's thanks to those two. I want to thank Zach and Christi for working as hard as they did on getting us our loan. I know people always say that but these two really did. Zach went above and beyond so many times during this process for us, I didn't think that we were going to get a loan. Because my husband's credit is horrible. But he was able to get us a loan. They put up with my constant calls, emails and texts messages. My freaking out because we had to be out of our townhouse by a certain date. They made it happen. I highly recommend this company for all your mortgage needs.

Delayed not denied!!!!!!! I was literally in the process of almost closing with another company and the plug was pulled at the last second my feelings were crushed and I felt like it wasn't going to happen.
